Through my years as an athlete, I’ve had my own share of struggles. As a trainer, I have developed a constantly evolving realm of experience, along with years of personal insight to share with you. I’ve been through the low-carb phase, calorie counting and constant deprivation – only leading to overindulgence. I’ve burnt myself out with stress trying to do it all and overexercising to the point of no returns. Through learning more about fitness, I’ve come to realize that often, less is more. Exercise doesn’t have to mean an hour on the elliptical.Eating can be an enjoyable, stress-free experience. There is more to life than the number on the scale or the size of our thighs. And that’s where I want to show you what’s possible.

Through personal training, online coaching, or a mix of the two, you’ll be provided with an effective workout program, Workouts are typically 30-60 minutes in length, 2-4 times per week and are designed to best suit your schedule.

Whatever your current obstacles are – they can be overcome. I’ll show you a way of sustainability for the long-term, and how a healthy body and mind leads to a happy, inspired & fulfilled life.

All Training Packages Include:

  • A customized workout program including 3-4 workouts per week, tailored to your individual goals
  • Nutrition planning tools, a grocery planning guide and recipe ideas
  • Regular weekly check-in’s to stay on track
  • Consistent motivation, accountability, and positivity!

More on My Personal Fitness Philosophy:

Quality over quantity – 2 push-ups is much more effective than 20 lacking good form. Form is the foundation, and first and foremost, the focus for any exercise program. Master that before anything else – you’ll save yourself from unnecessary soreness, time, and injury. Likewise, my training methods focus on higher intensity in less time (which means quicker results – and again, less time!).

Individualized – Whether you’re already in the gym 3 days a week or just starting out, I’ll work with you to create a plan that is customized to your needs and centered around your lifestyle. 90% + of the time, what works for your sister, daughter, friend or partner will not produce the same results for you. There is no one secret workout plan or diet that works for everyone. I’m all about tailoring these variables to your current fitness state/personal preferences/etc. and moving forward from there.

Results-driven – Workouts include metabolic resistance training, high-intensity cardio, and full-body routines to fire up your metabolism and sculpt a lean body while shedding fat. The focus is on challenging the body and pushing it to new limits to produce lasting results in less time.

Information-based All of my workouts, nutrition advice, and wellness-related recommendations are based on research from verified resources by certified professionals. I back everything up, and I’m willing to admit when I don’t know something. If you bring up a question or concern that I’m unfamiliar with, I’ll provide the best and most in-depth research to provide you with the facts and help you create a solution.

Inspiring – I believe it is a trainer’s job to leave a positive impact on their clients  and empower them with the tools to succeed, even on their own. With each session, I will strive to help you gain a sense of inspiration, accomplishment, and make further progress toward your goals.
